Poor sound insulation. we heard everything from the neighboring rooms.

great service but slightly cramped room
The breakfast options were quite satisfying with a good variety. The kitchen staff, especially a certain lady, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
The room felt a bit smaller than expected.

Had an awesome stay with my friends! We visited Buckingham Palace and the Zoo, both just a short trip away. The hotel is super close to the underground, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was pretty solid with a good mix of options. Definitely recommend it for a fun getaway with friends!
Unfortunately, our room had a lot of dust in the window area which was a bit disappointing. we managed to enjoy our time despite this.

Ideal for couples looking for a cozy stay
First off, the breakfast was excellent, every morning it was fresh and filled me up perfectly. The staff was really nice and helpful, especially how they attended to every little need, felt like I was a VIP.
Sure it wasn’t exactly cheap but for what we got it was still acceptable.

Great spot for exploring!
We had a cool time! The location was awesome, right near Hyde Park and tons of shops. Breakfast was a steal with lots of hot food. On the downside, we had some trouble with our room switch. First room wasn’t clean enough, but the staff were nice about it. a fun stay!

Fantastic proximity to multiple transport options, making it a breeze to navigate the city. Rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities and a modern bathroom for added convenience.
Caught off guard by the small room size. not ideal for lounging, especially when weather outside keeps you indoors. The air conditioning struggled to keep up, and I noticed some dusty corners that could use a bit more attention. while the breakfast was decent, the selection leaned towards basic rather than diverse, which may not sit well with all tastes.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We visited Buckingham Palace and the Zoo, both super close. The hotel was tidy and had lovely air conditioning, which was great as it was warm outside. Just a tip for future travelers, check in a bit earlier as it might get busy.
My friend's experience with a slow check-in process was frustrating, causing unnecessary delays.

Had a right laugh at the local delights! Pat's Cafe was a gem, serving up scrumptious bites just a hop away. The homemade vibes and friendly chat made it a winner. I savored every sip of their coffee. The staff were a class act too, with a quick fix for the TV remote. Breakfast? Absolutely lovely!
The room was cozy but definitely on the small side. Great for sleeping, but not ideal for lounging around if the weather's rubbish. Plus, the soundproofing could use a serious upgrade. you could hear all the giggles from the neighbors.

Great location near underground stations and just steps from Hyde Park. The room was very clean and spacious, making it a comfortable stay. the common areas felt neglected, and there were maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience. The friendliness of the staff was appreciated, but it did not compensate for the state of the facilities.
